I started with Boone about 3 years ago as an overweight, deteriorating old athlete whose best days physically were starting to look like history and the long slow decline was looking inevitable. 3 years later I am in the best shape of my life and looking forward to a second spring in which all facets of my health and wellbeing are coming into focus and my family, career and overall wellbeing are integrated.
