I have A long history with this clinic, I was with them and my pain got really bad at one point and I was really at wits end severel calls several attempts on the portal. I was finely contacted by RN McLaren and she was toatly rude accusing me of violating pain agreement, which I did not Dr Brasheirs changed me from one med to another so no contract was ever broke. Everything was fine when I first started there. Dr. Brashiers was super nice & really seemed to listen. Then I got switched to Annie. I had multiple issues going on with multiple surgeries coming up. I was 100 % honest with them on everything. The neurosurgeon said I wasn't a candidate for surgery or injections so meds were my only source of relief. I have had chronic pain for over 10 years, and the doctors at Boone Pain Management actually know what they are doing. Highly addictive pain medicine is the last resort and that is extremely refreshing since every pain management doctor has tried to treat the symptoms instead of the actual problem. I thought they were going to help me out but then call me up really rude saying you would just have to find somebody else we not going to help you no reason why it’s to the point of ready to end it doctor don’t even care anymore and dr noble is the worst person to even exist or talk with
