Called to schedule an appointment, told before even scheduling that they will require physical therapy and will not provide medication for pain. WITHOUT EVEN VEIWING MY MEDICAL RECORDS. I toiled up to a day before the appointment and then cancelled it. No issue with strength, flexibility or ROM, something was broken 17 years ago that doctors said "was all in my head". Finally get proof of injury and they want to treat symptoms, not the primary issue. PAIN

I have A long history with this clinic, I was with them and my pain got really bad at one point and I was really at wits end severel calls several attempts on the portal. I was finely contacted by RN McLaren and she was toatly rude accusing me of violating pain agreement, which I did not Dr Brasheirs changed me from one med to another so no contract was ever broke. Everything was fine when I first started there. Dr. Brashiers was super nice & really seemed to listen. Then I got switched to Annie. I had multiple issues going on with multiple surgeries coming up. I was 100 % honest with them on everything. The neurosurgeon said I wasn't a candidate for surgery or injections so meds were my only source of relief.
