If you want to obtain Medical Records, you will get a very rude lady doesn't give you her name when she picks up it's a nasty Hello. When introducing yourself and why you are calling, she rudely interrupts you and treat you like trash. Overtalking didn't work till a moment in silence she knew I was right and reply with I am hanging up I am not talking to you. Best of luck if you obtain records with an authorization/affidavit.
