I’ve been training here for about a year, and John is an excellent MMA, boxing, and Muay Thai coach. I wouldn’t still be training if he didn’t push me to be better every day. I’ve learned a lot since I started, and I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve.
Boone docks is an amazing gym with top notch instruction!!
We came to Boone for a visit and were welcomed to the gym. Had a great experience with the guys there. Spencer was great to roll with and seems like a great coach. Definitely a hidden jem!
All of the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable about their martial art.
