My wife has been training kick boxing and Muay Thai for about 15 years. I’ve never heard her complain about an instructor or a class, not once. She attended a class here during our vacation and reported the instructor was arrogant, aggressive, and condescending. At one point during their training, he kicked a bag she was holding so hard that it busted her lip and strained her neck. Incredible instruction and a great overall atmosphere!
This is a great place to train for BJJ, Wrestling, and Muay Thai. The instructors are super knowledgeable and know how to communicate concepts with all experience levels. I also like how they sometimes incorporate self defense perspectives into instruction so you know what would work best in a real life scenario.The atmosphere is super friendly and family-like.
