I have only ever received top-notch service at BCH. From the pharmacy to registration, office visits to walk-in clinic, imaging to billing…these people are ROCK STARS. They consistently provide exceptional service, and I’m so grateful for them!

We are so very fortunate to have a high quality hospital and excellent, professional staff in our community. Recently had a family member experience a serious injury that required paramedics transporting to BCH. Upon arrival speedy assessment, X-rays, and accurate diagnosis took place. Dr. Gordon consulted with the patient’s orthopedic surgeon and then very capably reduced the displaced joint back into correct alignment. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful physical therapy group..They go the extra mile..When my treatment is over they give me tens and cold therapy.. It feels so relaxing..Caroline and Tony and Angue are excellent diagnosticians and therpist. The facility is always super clean unlike two others I have been to..Parking is close to the door..Front desk ladies get to know you and CK in is a smile.. I don't have to scramble for parking, no waiting on elevators, I'm treated as a person not just another number like Ames .

I see a bunch of bad reviews about Boone hospital however, my experience with them has only been positive . They are a smaller hospital so for certain things it may take longer or you may have to wait or even wait until the following week but they do their absolute best to provide quality care. Dr Gordon is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring and down to earth guy. He actually sits down and talks to you on a personal level about your condition and what's bringing you into the hospital.
