I just called to ask an important question to see if I should come in or wait to speak to my doctor tomorrow , the lady who answered the phone didn’t know and couldn’t ask because it was just too busy, per her words. Crazy.
Worst experience ever. Even if you think your issue is time sensitive. Go to ames because you'll end up waiting that long in the lobby being ignored.
Absolute worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Had to go to the ER because I sliced my finger they barely looked at it. Good thing I wasn’t dying because I basically took care of my self. The dr glopped some glue in the wound and it didn’t even close it. No after care instructions. I asked questions but it seemed to inconvenience the dude so I guess I’ll take care of my self. Probably a good $1,000 down the drain for poor care. Just take the extra time and go somewhere else for care if you can.
