The team in the ER treated my family member with such patience and TLC. This crew is small but mighty!
The front desk lady gave weird and unwelcoming vibes as she made me sit down and wait 5 minutes for her to finish what SHE was doing (there wasn't anyone else, she was just printing papers). It's an emergency room... Shouldn't the people at the front desk have a little more urgency when dealing with patients? I saw 3 different nurses before I finally saw one of the doctors. They left me alone in a room for 1.5 hours with the door wide open and a cleaning lady even came in while I was in there. I went in for a UTI and nobody ... read more
