I had an amazing craniosacral therapy session with Brittany and was surprised at how effective this gentle practice was at aligning my energy and calming my nervous system after a busy day of seeing clients (I'm a psychotherapist and use my brain a lot while sitting down most of the day). I had the pleasure of learning structural integration alongside Brittany so I have received a lot of work from her as well as getting to know her as a person and a practitioner. She is kind, empathetic, and cares deeply about her work. The S.I. work I received from her was gentle and so very helpful. She helped address and balance a pelvic rotation that had been irritating my lower back for years. No more chiro, no more pain! I highly recommend Brittany and am proud to be a colleague.
Getting the SI ten series was great for me. Brittany's approach was very interesting as she managed to tie it to my personal experience. So her advice was very easily applicable to my life. My overall posture and movement has improved dramatically as a result of the series. I even gained an inch or two of height since my posture is so much better.
