RecommendedExcellent shop, great customer service and the treatment is amazing. Drove all the way from Fort Gordon, GA to Boone, NC to get the bike from them.
Boone Bike has great friendly service and knowledgeable staff. I needed to get a bike for my daughter's birthday and got great guidance on the phone, was able to make my order online, and had the bike picked up and loaded in my car "contact free" due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all within 2 hours of first contact!
They were friendly and also went out of their way to help me get items I need on Beech Mountain. Also, a very expensive lock was recommended by one dealer, but they told me about one more in my price range that would be as secure.

YES! Really enjoyed stopping on the great bike store! Very knowledgeable who share the joy of riding! Boone is my home town so I had to buy some BB&T bling to bring back with me to Pa where I live now! This is a picture of a little park near Pittsburgh. Thanks BB&T!!

I'm not much of a cyclist, but I know good customer service and good people when I meet them. I needed a few items for a ride recently and these guys were there to give me the goods! On top on their stoke to provide me with top notch gear at solid prices they were fun to chat with. Albeit with one caveat, the man of large stature that works here has good taste in Eighties music and cocktails but he doesn't listen to music for the quality of the lyrics.
