Food was okay, significant other ordered fried oysters but got fried shrimp, nobody checked on us for a while, no refill on drinks until just before getting the check, my broccoli was undercooked and I absolutely did NOT appreciate the hostess flirting with my fiancé behind my back during the whole meal... short dirty blonde. I’ve been going to Boondocks since 2001, and I always get a little sad during off season. I highly recommend this sweet nook just a short block from the ocean on the river marina. Full bar, awesome food, family friendly, but also a great place for a casual date. Boondocks will remain my favorite place for food and spirits as long as they exist😎
