I got stranded on the side of I-89 in VT with my 24 feet motorhome not able to start. Patrick was great. He showed up at the ETA, helped me with suggestions on what could've gone wrong and tried to start it for me. Unfortunately it didn't start but he was patient, polite and took good care of the old RV, putting it up on the ramp. He did a great job backing it up with the tow truck, in the dark, into a tight space on a dirt road at a friend's house in the middle of the night. Impressive!
