professional service. courteous and tries very hard to work with my schedule and budget. highly pleased with their work and effective now are the first ones I call for repairs and scheduled maintenance on my RV.
THAT THEY WORK HARD TO FIX WHATEVER ISSUES YOU ARE HAVING❣️ THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED UNTIL YOU ARE❣️ LOVE THESE GUYS❣️. GREAT WORK AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL THEY DO❣️
We evacuated from Florence and they were nice enough to give us a place to stay!!
Absolute worst craftsmanship EVER! I would have done better fixing it myself. Shoddy work at best. Screwed good wood into rotten wood. It’s laughable. If I could give zero stars I would. One star is being nice.
Great company and great service! Our tire blew out on our trailer on I-85, We were able to get to a gas station, we called them off of Google listing and ended being great experience. Tire replaced and damage managed so we could get 5 hours home inside of being stuck in SC. Very prompt and polite service.
Not good service at all. Had our camper a month after telling us what day to bring it. Heat didn't work well $500 later heat still didn't work!!
This was the worst experience of a repair and price . A broken drive line and exhaust repair, plus an outside welder brought in for about $1000 and billed $4676 for those services. Total bill over $14,500 .. No price or labor estimates , lack of communication, lack of any professional shop and or services. Lack of any details and absolutely no invoices for any parts or repairs done outside of their so called shop . All work was preformed on a slab outside.
John Hines at BoondockCustoms diagnosed our generator problem on our motorhome as being the house batteries on the coach. We purchased 4 new batteries and took them to John, who removed the old batteries, installed the new ones, and repaired and rerouted a wire on the generator. He and his employee, Zane, did a great job for us and he was very reasonable. We highly recommend John!
