Save yourself time and stay away from this place. Employees of this place steal your personal belongings and still continue to work there even after getting caught on the cameras. I have witnessed one of their employee steal my friends wallet out of her bag while she was playing with her child. The owners of this place don’t take any action in situations like this and try to turn the whole situation around and play the victim. Very unpleasant employees and horrible experience. Will never go back to this place with my child.
Just wanted to warn everyone about Boomkidz, as this is a place where we take out smallest kids and we should feel safe and secure....About two weeks ago I had my wallet stolen out of my backpack by an employee of this facility(young girl with long curly black hair). Great place for the kids to run around and have fun.
I had my sons 5th Birthday party there. A little pricey but the staff was wonderful. Helped me with my two year old while I was keeping an eye on the guests and my son. Very clean and my son had a blast!
Excellent! Had my son’s 6th birthday party there today, and we are very pleased. The staff was extremely attentive to the needs of our party, ensuring everything went as planned. They did everything! I literally walked in with nothing but my kids! From the event planning, to the food for the kids, food for adults, cake, favors, themed decorations and balloon.....you name it and they handled it seamlessly! I just had my son aidens sixth birthday there yesterday. the place is such a awesomr place to have a birthday party. my son and his cousins had a wonderful time. they loved the rooms where you had to climb and go down slides. they loved the second room where they had,Lego's,video games and the best thing all the ball pit and foam ball Cannon. I loved this place . even the adults had a wonderful time
We had my son’s 4th Birthday party at Boom Kidz yesterday. This is our second time booking a party at Boom. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The kids enjoyed themselves so much. The slide room was super fun, the LEGO/ball shooter room was a big hit, and the party room was nicely decorated! We had paw patrol characters - great costumes, super interactive.
