Had my 5yo daughters birthday at Boom Kidz today. GREAT party, place is super clean, organized, staff is wonderful with the kids. Owner is extremely accommodating and made her party amazing!
We just had our daughter’s birthday party there on Friday there was no staff just one worker and the owner. Service was horrible.They charge $2.50 per adult and there was nothing available for them I had to ask for refills on the drinks there wasn’t enough coffee not even enough chairs for the adults to sit.They charged us almost $100 in tips for the staff and there was only one young unprofessional male. This is the first review I have ever written but had to because I was so pleased with our experience. My daughter had her 3rd birthday here the night before we had an issue with the time we scheduled lucky for us Boomkidz was so accommodating. My little girl had the best time, I would definitely book again. Thank you again Boomkidz.
I had my Grandson’s 3rd Birthday at BoomKidz and we had the best and easiest party. The owner Yelena is wonderful to work with and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. She knew I wanted a special candy table and she definitely delivered. It was adorable and the kids loved it all. My grandson had the best time and I recommend it highly. Thanks again for a great party. It was great to just walk in and have everything taken care of down to the smallest detail.
Had my daughters Birthday party here and it was honestly the best party ever! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone and extremely helpful with all the kids and adults. The facility is extremely clean and very organized with how they run the parties. I will definitely be having my kids birthday parties here from now on. Thank you again to the wonderful staff and see you guys again very soon!
