Just want to give a big shout out to Justin who served our large Gateway group & did an outstanding job. We were amazed to find out this was his first night! Just wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves :-)
I had the best customer service I've had in while thanks to your server Jenna. I came on my lunch break and it was perfect. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered tasted amazing. The experience was great and all in large part because of Jenna's hospitality. There was also a man who walked up to my table and took my tab and paid for my lunch. Doesn't get much better than that! Please let Jenna know that she's appreciated.
Horrible service from our server Tiana and the Manager Andrew. No Brooke, we don't want another water.. We already had a full glass. Way to go making our table feel uncomfortable! Wont be going there again.
Last night took my niece to eat at Boomerjacks. Her first paycheck and this is where she wanted to go. We ordered 10 wings a piece. The wings where so under cooked. Still pink on the inside and one even had red fluid in it. We has to search down our waitress to tell her about which took 10 minutes. Then she takes them away. We waited 45 minutes for them to bring our food back. No manager stop by to help or to comp us for having to wait almost an hour for our food. Today I have food poisoning. We parked where the sign says "customer parking only", and I was towed at my expense for $289 and was told by management there is nothing they can do. My dad was excited to take me here but now we will never eat here again. I hope BoomerJacks will make this right.
Anyone that knows me knows that I love this place. It's pretty much my second home. I love love love my bartenders, Matt, Susie and David. They always tend to me with the greatest service. I always have such a great time when I'm there. The food is great and the beer is even better. See y'all there soon. Maybe even tonight. Lol
I visit BoomerJacks frequently and always have exceptional service. Not once have I had an issue with the service of the staff. Manager's generally do get around and ask patrons how their visit is going. Quality of the food is always consistent.
The GM Andrew (I think that was his name square frame glasses) was very pleasant an interacting with guest. Service was good and correct . I live in Dallas and definitely plan on returning when I'm in the area...
This restaurant does not deserve a star rating. Extremely rude servers. No follow up or genuine concern from Manager. I can not rate the food since my group never had a chance to order after we were seated. Upon entering, we were asked to show ID and proceeded to find a booth. We found a booth and realized that one of our group members never made it to the table. After an unusually long time, I sent someone to check on her.
