Had Skillet Queso for appetizer. The taste was very bland and chips were kinda stale. Then the fiancé and I ordered the wings and I had a Rueben sandwich. Sandwich was awesome and the fiancé wings and fries were both good. The French fries that came with my Rueben were cold. However this was on a crowded cowboys game day. So I just assumed they were fairly busy. Ean was our Bartender and he did a fine job.
Food is great but service was slow it took close to 20 min to get our first round of drinks served :/
Today, myself and two of my fellow officers went to your location in Lincoln Square for lunch. The service was excellent, our glasses never ran dry, the food was hot and delicious. When we received our bill, there was a note which stated " LUNCH IS ON ME ! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! # BACK THE BLUE :) " Before leaving we asked the Manager if this was okay ? The "Waiter" was a little cocky & rude! My bf ordered Fish & Chips which were more like frozen fish sticks, I had the Pretzel Turkey melt that was really good. It was Extremely loud in there & Granted it was game day but we were in there at least 4-5 hrs after the game. We come to Arlington every year from SC but this is one place we won't be visiting again
Service was okay, we have a large party of 19 and had plenty of service workers, but one waiter spilled hot gravel down my co-workers back...they seemed concerned and kept asking if she was ok...she wasn't. When we were leave they didn't want to assist with a accident report to file at our office. This was a business lunch. Just saying I don't know, little more help with a injured person was expected SMH!
My first time visiting Boomer Jack's was this past Sunday (9/17) for my birthday celebration. I must say that I encountered the best service ever!!! The manager was awesome and wait staff was exceptional!!! I had a party of 20+ and everyone couldn't say enough great things about their experience. Thank you Boomer Jack's for making my day that much special!! I look forward to returning soon. �
