This place has been amazing. The receptionist are on top of things. The doctors actually do a very thorough exam unlike many other doctors out there. I truly feel like the doctors have us in their best interest. I can’t say enough about this place.
Great Doctors and Staff but the call center is absolutely horrible. They have no knowledge of what they are doing and an absolute disgrace. Please for the love of god get some people who understand that this is a medical practice.
They truly Do Not care about you or your injury and pain. Sometimes you travel 45m8n. In traffic with gas at $7- gallon and your "provider" is not even there and they don't even Call you to reschedule. Unprofessional.
Hard to get app and then will cancel indefinitely without explanation.... smells like they just are not accepting Medi-Cal anymore
