We stayed at Boomerang by the sea which currently has tired hotel rooms ( which are scheduled to be undated later this year). The restaurant which is attached “Great Southern “ is next level of deliciousness. The owners of Wild Harvest in Grassy have recently taken the helm here too. Do not miss the chance to eat with this team. Be it crayfish, oysters, beef, abalone, scallops. If it’s on their menu is at its best and freshest. The best way to experience King Island is through the stories and tours provided by the team at Boomerang. I’d been to this remote location to play golf in the past but Never appreciated the beauty and history of the island until our group was hosted by Lucinda and Ian from Boomerang by The Sea and Wild Harvest Restaurant.
