Above and beyond service at both the motel and the restaurant. We could not be more impressed and thankful for our week here. Highly recommend that anyone consider here for their stay.
We dined at Great Southern restaurant whilst visiting King Island. The building and entrance were a little underwhelming, but they are working on it. The restaurant is on the 2nd level and the views overlooking the golf course and ocean are breathtaking & there is plenty of glassed in area to protect you from the elements of the King Island weather. We stayed at Boomerang by the sea which currently has tired hotel rooms ( which are scheduled to be undated later this year). The restaurant which is attached “Great Southern “ is next level of deliciousness. The owners of Wild Harvest in Grassy have recently taken the helm here too. Do not miss the chance to eat with this team. Be it crayfish, oysters, beef, abalone, scallops. If it’s on their menu is at its best and freshest.
