Always a great visit
Recently my daughter tried to make an appointment for her dogs ears and was told they are "not equipped to handle dogs that are possibly 100 pounds". So my question is why don't you state on your website that you only work with small animals? They also wouldn't see my dog who was old and in pain when all we wanted to do was put her down so she wouldn't suffer, but because she was attacked by another dog previously, they wouldn't see her. Seems to me they pick and choose which animal they want to help.
