Bought, signed and traded in my current vehicle for a more efficient gas vehicle. Almost a month later Boomer Kia calls me and says I have to bring my new vehicle back and take my old one back because they are going to have to pay to much to pay off my old note! WTF? Is this how they run there business? My credit dropped 114 points during this because a payment was not made during this time while they were supposed to be paying the old car loan off! They refuse to let you buy a vehicle online and have it delivered, even though they advertise to do just that. Complained to the BBB, they replied with how happy they would be to do just that. Tried again, and they absolutely refused to deliver.
Luis was awesome he had me in and out within about 40 minutes total I had grandkids with me and he made sure the ball was rolling quickly went in for one car and he made a perfect suggestion to show another option and worked out even better great staff
I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I made an inquiry online that I was interested in a Kia Seltos and the 0% interest deal that was advertised on the radio. I asked Stephanie Stiner through email if the Seltos qualified for that deal. She said yes and scheduled a time for me come into the dealership. I got to the dealership and dealt with Joe Mayes.
