Their website claims no tune needed but if you look some reviews the Bov is triggering peoples check engine light. This is for the 2022 silverado with the 2.7. I have cleared it 5 times now and after a few days it comes back. Anyone else who says it did not trigger I feel left a review before the light came on because I cannot change my review on their website. Ordered a blow off valve for my 2.3l turbocharged that I swapped into my 2015 Ford Escape and I was not disappointed at all. The quality is amazing and the sound just makes it sound amazing. Now I’m looking into some more parts from this company. 10/10 definitely would recommend and I may become a regular too.
I've been trying to order a set of bov's for my 14 sho but everytime I go to check out it tells me payment declined even tho I know I have enough money in my accounts.
Purchased a BOV adapter for my fathers car for a bday present, the adapter itself is amazing quality and I have no doubts of how it will operate, my review is coming from the amazing and human customer support who don't try to squeeze extra dimes out of you. I live locally from boomba racing and it was a bit tricky getting to them. They don’t have a dedicated store which is a bummer so you can’t really browse through their inventory freely and it was a bit of a mess doing an in person purchase but in the end I was able to take home what I wanted. I hope they make that change; however I’m very happy with my blow off valve and the quality of it is superb.
