Difficult to schedule appointments. For the most part only available on Saturdays. Multiple cancellations. Installed some smoke/CO2 alarms that were wrong. Over-paid. It took forever to get a refund for the difference in cost. Reimbursement check bounced. Notified Boom, but no response. Also had a problem with the doorbell/camera connecting with the app. Requested technician who installed the to come and fix. Would not.
I had no problem getting ahold of someone when y’all were trying to do business but now when I need customer service all of a sudden yall are unresponsive.

Madelyn and Chris Mosher helped me out getting my ADT set up. Both great people, Chris is a great technician and fun to talk to. I can’t recommend this team enough.
