The company unexpectedly canceled my reservation through Vrbo and now won’t refund my deposit or return my phone calls or emails. The company has completely gone dark and has left me and my family out of almost $1500+ dollars!! Beyond unacceptable.

During the Christmas and NY holiday my vacation was hosted by Boom Management. I received prompt responses, the home was beautifully decorated, very clean and my wife and kids loved the themed rooms. My favorite part of the house was the pool area (beautiful sunsets) and the game room! I can’t wait to be back. Thank you Boom Management.
