Do Not Use This Company!! I own a property management business and, unfortunately, chose this cleaner based on the positive Google reviews. I now understand why payment was required upfront ($1,540). The job was only partially completed, and after raising concerns, Shea blocked my phone number rather than addressing the issue. Despite providing photo and video evidence that the bond clean was incomplete, Shea insisted the work was finished. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I own a property management business and unfortunately went off Shae’s Google reviews only. I thought it was strange that Shae asked for the funds upfront ($1540) however now it makes perfect sense as he just does a half job and then refuses to return. Do not use this company for your bond clean as the real estate will not accept this work as clean!!! How very disappointing.
