Can't thank Fred enough for the help with my subwoofer! My subwoofer blew up and he replaced it for me the same day with a brand new one straight out of the box. All I had to pay was the shipping cost. I'll be sure to return when I wanna get a bigger system!
Went in knowing not much about my amp and sub set up I bought previously ,and when I went in and they were closing early that day and the man opened up just to help me out. After hooking it all up I was having some trouble shooting issues so I went back the next day and he gave me a bunch of advice and then I was able to get it all hooked up. Huge help and definitely would recommend.
**Update** If I was allowed to review a second time, I would give another 5 star review. From beginning to end, he was open and honest every step of the way. Whether it was his honest opinion on what needed to be done to achieve the sound quality I wanted or the fit and finish of the installation, I knew that there was a reason I came back a second time. I would just like to take a min to thank Fred at BOOM AUDIO for helping figure out my problem with my stereo system which he did not install. He not only tested every thing possible he also stayed late after close on a Saturday to figure it out because he knew I had a road trip with it the next day. So again thanks a million Fred. And for those of you that never heard of sundown audio I highly recommend it. These subs pound like no other.

He does awesome work at a reasonable price. He Put in subs for my brother and I in 2013 And they still are kickin. We will travel from VA if we need any more work done! Thanks Boom Audio!!!!
