Diana was so great today. She was so helpful in a pinch, too. Her kindness and sweet personality were all a bonus. It was so nice to be able to call a place, talk to someone the same day and get a quick solution, same-day, as well. Thanks Diana!!
I've never felt so disrespected in all my life by a business. Being yelled at for no reason by the main person who works there supersedes the good work that the employee who did most of my bookkeeping. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement.
