My friend brought his truck there to have the A/C repaired about a year & a half ago, they replaced the A/C condenser at that time & charged the system, now my friends truck A/C is t working again so he has it inspected & found the condenser is leaking again, he called bookwalter & they said they won't even check his history to see if it's under warranty they would just charge him all over again.
