I could not have asked for a better experience with Josh at Bookman & Sons. I brought in a very sentimental ring we purchased elsewhere, which I was no longer able to wear due to the fragile design of the ring. Josh took the time to discuss various redesign options with me, which would maintain the beauty of the ring but also allow me to wear it once again. The end result was just absolutely perfect, and I’m so happy to have my ring back! I look forward to many more positive experiences at Bookman & Sons!
I will be a Bookman & Sons customer for life after just one visit. My wife crushed her engagement ring and band at work about two years ago. At the time I didnt have the money to get it fixed and to be honest I didnt think it was fixable. I didnt buy the ring from josh but that didnt matter. It was about that time to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend. What makes this place such a great experience is when you come in to do initial ring shopping they will bring out like 6 boxes of 50 engagement rings with all different styles, diamonds, colors, etc. She can try on however many catch her eye. Another great part of the experience that this place offered was the fact that we wanted features from two different rings and they were able to merge them exactly how we wanted in a CAD rendering.
