It’s been wonderful working with Erin Booker of Engel & Völkers, twice actually. The first time I was house hunting years ago, I decided to purchase from out of town and needed an inspection. Working with Erin Booker has been a great experience. I reached out to her via a warm connection and she's been helping me and advising my client so well that it ended up having that person be OUR client. As a Mortgage Advisor, one thing I see a lot is Realtors not answering their phone, which is mind boggling to me. Erin answers the phone every time, even when she's at an appointment.
