The good: 2 stars instead of 1 because the quality of work has been mostly good (their electrical work they have done for me has been solid) the HVAC side has left something to be desired. I still have a mini split that is erroring out and they ceased responding to us. The bad: While the quality of work is good for electrical was done well, the HVAC has left me wanting. I have a mini split that was installed by Booker that began throwing an error code at me almost a year ago. Things happen, it was under warranty, no big deal... read more
Really quick response.
Booker Electric has the most professional and knowledgeable technicians. Today they cleaned my mini split lines and got everything back in working order in a very short amount of time. Meridian is so fortunate to have a company like this who are great at what they do. I am always a very satisfied customer, and I would most definitely recommend them.
