You can contact the office of patient experience to voice your concerns, as well, but definitely understand that this may -necessarily- " " make you suitable for inpatient psychiatry aggressively and strategically "billed* against your Medicare and HBCBS of NJ. Avoid for safety reasons. E Paskas and J Belitz are of particular concern. Avoid them both, and their BS patient advocacy surveys, questionnaires etc ... Negative experience. Do not go.
Very knowledgeable and well-qualified staff that run these programs at this facility. From medication management to intensive group therapy, the nurses, psychiatrists, counselors, and therapists have all given me the tools to successfully manage my mental health treatment. I cannot thank them enough for their positivity, encouragement, patience, and understanding. The lessons learned are invaluable. Anyone can benefit from these programs and I recommend this facility when it comes to mental health recovery.
Not that great. They weren't too qualified and they aren't up to date with anything. Even the whiteboard was messed up so the groups couldn't follow along. There was a lot of old power point which I remember from when I was in intermediate school. When they knew they weren't helping anyone, they just put in DVD's, and walked away to their offices to "pop" all the patients' insurances with the most profitable codes they can justify.
Terrible. Really devastating low quality care for a family member and no one should consider going here for any reason.
