Great bar for cocktails and light snacks.
Never been but your book has got to be - hands down - every bartenders Bible. I held Death & Co. in that regard, but. Not anymore. If your bar is any reflection by the words in your book - 5 stars it is.
Bangkok Daiquiri, best cocktail ever!! So much science goes into Booker and Dax cocktails, if only I had a lab at home I would try and recreate turning Thai basil into liquid every night of the week!
My favorite bar in the world. Cutting edge use of culinary technology (like rotary vacuum distilling, and centrifuges), but the technology doesn't take center stage. In fact, it's invisible. What's important is the innovation and the flavor.
Inconsistent cocktails and inconsistent service. Adequate but not good atmosphere. The novelty drinks can be interesting, but there are better cocktail bars in the neighborhood.
