We had the pleasure of renting the Dune Lake house for the entire month of February. The house is lovely and incredibly well appointed. During our stay we had an issue with the spa and pool heater. However the management team worked closely with the pool service company to resolve the issue quickly by replacing the entire heater. What a terrible company. I booked a place 6 months in advance on a festival weekend, and a month before my stay they cancelled my reservation. They said it was because the owner of the property fired them as the manager. Of course I see the property listed 2 days later for 3X the rental price I had it for. My suspicion is BookedUp just wanted more money so they dumped my reservation and got a new one.
