We came to Bookbinders tonight for a nice dinner — there were eight of us, and our waiter was absolutely incredible. He gave us excellent service and made the experience enjoyable. However, I was really disappointed by the owner’s behavior. He came to our table to introduce himself, but while doing so, another family asked for a picture and he walked away mid-conversation. We celebrated my wife's birthday here in late July, and the service was exceptional. It started with an owner calling the day before to confirm our reservation and acknowledge the occasion. Then, our server, Bradley, walked us through the entire menu. The food was stunning and delicious.Overall amazing experience, and will definitely be coming back.
We don’t do “fancy” often. Maybe once or twice a year, we make the bold decision to put on pants. It was totally worth it. We did forgo the appetizers because we already knew we were going to order desserts. I ordered the "Kona Coffee Crusted Filet Mignon", and didn't add any additional sauces--it stands on its own. Great place for a special occasion or if you are blessed and able to afford a great date night. You get what you pay for, great food, clean, romantic/peaceful environment, and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend, I brought my wife there for our 13 yr anniversary and she loved it as well.
