I saw Dr Book last Tuesday in the Trumbull office for a basil cell to be removed from my nose. It was my first time there and the office was so nice with the phone call to set up the appointment and then a second call to say they had a cancellation to come in the next day which was good. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous about the procedure. Dr Book was so nice and explained everything he was doing. He really made you feel at ease and nothing to worry about.
