Just left here. Was a customer for about 4-5 years. Brought my own cabin air filter. Asked if they could install it, since I know that the engine air filter and cabin air filters are removed and inspected during service. Since it's already removed, all they have to do is place it in the slot. When I went to pay, was informed that I was charged $37.50 to replace the cabin air filter.
