We hired Book Heating and Air to install a new furnace and heat pump. They scheduled the installation for the next week. The 4 employees, which included Joe, the owner, arrived on time. They started work immediately removing the old units and installed the new furnace and heat pump. Joe answered all questions and concerns. He explained the workings of the new systems. By far the friendliest and most responsive HVAC company around! If you want a great product from a great family owned business, buy from Book! Our house is so much more comfortable since we installed our ac and furnace.
Are Trane authorized but won't do warranty work on something they didn't install.
Had a new TRANE HVAC system installed today. I didn’t think that businesses like this still exist. After an agreement and a firm hand shake everything agreed upon went as agreed. The crew that came out was 2nd to none. Treated our home and family like family. Never met Joe before but now that I have I feel blessed!!! Please don’t change anything with the way you do business!!!
