First of all, WOW! I called and got same day service when our AC stopped working. Kevin showed up in 30minutes and had my unit working within a hour! He was so kind and took the time to discuss everything with me as he was working on my unit. He even washed our unit at the end! A truly amazing experience and they now have a customer for life!
My AC stopped working. The fan was going, but the cooling system was not working. Called them up the next day after reviewing the previous homeowner’s warranty and they honored it. They came out within an hour of me calling them and worked on the system. Less than 20 minutes, they figured out and had it fixed. It was a dual capacitor, a common piece that fails. One of the best run businesses i have ever seen or heard of. Joe, family and his staff are all top notch. Their honesty , quality of work, professionalism and communication is amazing. +1 for an amazing business.
Our air conditioning went out and Books came out same day… I can’t say enough about Rick and Steven coming out and fixing things right away. They were so polite and professional and efficient, I wish everyone was like this company! They are wonderful!
We hired Book Heating and Air to install a new furnace and heat pump. They scheduled the installation for the next week. The 4 employees, which included Joe, the owner, arrived on time. They started work immediately removing the old units and installed the new furnace and heat pump. Joe answered all questions and concerns. He explained the workings of the new systems.
