Book HVAC just came out to my house to look over my HVAC system, and I genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience. They took the time to check everything out and could have easily charged me a service call fee. Instead, they told me there wasn’t anything that needed to be done, so they didn’t feel right charging me. That level of honesty is hard to find in any service-based industry. This is a great company! They have always done a great job for me. They have done everything from replace my entire furnace, to just regular maintenance visits. They are always kind and professional. I would highly recommend them!
I woke up this morning, and the house was over 80 degrees. The AC was blowing room temperature air only. I checked the thermostat and it was set correctly. That is when you call Book Heating & Cooling here in Floyds Knobs that is a family-owned business. They do not work on commission like other companies and thus do not try to sell you stuff you do not need.
