Called Book Heating and Cooling this morning and spoke to Rene in the office. I was having problems with my house heating. She was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled Joe and Kevin to my house and they showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Very happy customer these guys are truly experts in their industry. Needed to replace an older gas furnace. Promptly responded to my request for a quote and provided an affordable estimate. In less than a week, the new unit was installed by a very professional crew. I highly recommend.
Called regarding thermostat not working. They had someone right over to check the situation. Changed the thermostat, which was under warranty, and as a courtesy changed the air filter. From the time of my call to completion of services was less than one hour. Amazing service!
First of all, WOW! I called and got same day service when our AC stopped working. Kevin showed up in 30minutes and had my unit working within a hour! He was so kind and took the time to discuss everything with me as he was working on my unit. He even washed our unit at the end! A truly amazing experience and they now have a customer for life!
My AC stopped working. The fan was going, but the cooling system was not working. Called them up the next day after reviewing the previous homeowner’s warranty and they honored it. They came out within an hour of me calling them and worked on the system. Less than 20 minutes, they figured out and had it fixed. It was a dual capacitor, a common piece that fails.
