Every time I come here I never get in at the time I book for it’s really frustrating. Never book online because chances are they won’t know you even booked, the site will let you book even though that time slot isn’t actually available, may as well just get rid of online booking. Waste of time
I’m a regular Book A Look and Tran has always done an amazing job. Today, her young son Jason was at the salon and was such an incredible help. He brought so much joy as he helped people to the chair and got them settled. It’s such a young age is developing such a beautiful work ethic. Great job Jason!
