Terrible experience, the towel she used was full of old polish so it looked dirty. I mentioned it but she just blew me off saying it was clean. At one point the towel fell on the floor, she picked it up and put my feet back on it. The water was ice cold, so she grabbed a bucket to dump out water. Then to top it off she scraped the side of my foot, very rough handling with my feet and legs. I'll definitely not go back!
I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM. The salon didn’t open until 9:05. I was the first to arrive, and several other clients came in for the same time slot. Everyone else was seated right away, but I was asked to wait because my technician was running late. I understand that delays happen, so I was willing to wait. After about 20 minutes, I was told I could either leave or wait another 10 minutes because the technician would be arriving soon.
