Tee did a great job on my wife’s nails this morning
One of the managers “T” was extremely unkind and condescending to me after I offered feedback on previous poor service. The salon was busy and they had me wait over an hour for my appointment,and then the pedicure I got was rushed and poorly done skipping the full cleaning of my toes and massage. I ended up with an ingrown toe nail. The shellac on my fingers were left looking thick. I was told to come back for them to “make it right” and have a pedicure on the house.
