Around 3 months ago I started Boogie Bounce as I wanted something to help me get fit that was fun. It's perfect for all fitness levles as the movess can be altred to suit your level, I have seen my abilities increase and my body measurements decrease since starting. I have loved the encouragement and support of not just my instructor but all the lovely bouncers I see every week.
