This place needs to be on Bar Rescue! I have been to many places but this one takes the cake. I couldn't distinguish the staff from the customers. The potential for a great business is there but the staff is totally unprofessional and the food is mediocre at best.

My husband and I were staying in Pigeon Forge for our anniversary recently and had the pleasure of finding this great establishment! Wonderful environment and a great bartender, Justus! You certainly are a welcoming, funny, and great person...thank you for making the experience at Boogaloo's fun!!! Hope we will see you again on our next trip!
Great food, great service, and the Frankston were delicious!
Good barmaid... Good drinks... Lousy karaoke... Couldn't hear anyone singing over the music and he kept playing regular music between almost every singer even though there were many people signed up... I was there for over 5 hours and only got to sing three songs... Horrible!
My fave place so far.. I love justus the bartender. ...he is great!!! Just like home lots of fun and personal service. ... it's great. Check it out...
My son and I went there on July 11th. Our waitress was an awesome person and we enjoyed her but my son ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and it was so strong he couldn't drink it and he also ordered a bacon cheeseburger but it came out with bbq on it. I tried to say something to our waitress but he just said that was fine and ate it but it was smothered in the bbq sauce. We both ordered fries and he got different fries than I did and my bun on my burger was soggy. Also the price of the BBQ burger was $10.50 which was ridiculous... read more
