No one ever answers the phone. Within days of moving into the property there were major plumbing issues. Some of my property was destroyed. The plumbers had to come out 3 times to complete a job and me and my kids had to stay in a hotel for 2 days, another time the plumbers didn't fix the problem at all. Would not recommend renting from this company after my experience. I wish I got to say differently from the other reviews but I'm here to agree with them. Not sure what was worse, them being hard to get in touch with or knowing that the maintenance guy they'd send is always going to be unprofessional and rush the job to save aim realty money. I’m convinced that some of these “good” reviews given are trade offs. There’s absolutely nothing good about this company. They care nothing about the families in homes! They only care about MONEY! Severe mold all upstairs, 2 years of unresolved repairs, giant hole at the roof of my garage!! Maintenance claims they will be back to fix whatever they started and it’s been a 1 YEAR already. I wanted to share my recent experience with this company and, in particular, my experience with Rose. She helped me download and set up a program on my computer and took the time to explain everything clearly. She answered all my questions, made the process easy to understand, and never rushed me. I really appreciated her knowledge and also found Rose to be a nice helpful person. She has always been able to assist me with my needs in a professional manner with much understanding and patience.
