I’m convinced that some of these “good” reviews given are trade offs. There’s absolutely nothing good about this company. They care nothing about the families in homes! They only care about MONEY! Severe mold all upstairs, 2 years of unresolved repairs, giant hole at the roof of my garage!! Maintenance claims they will be back to fix whatever they started and it’s been a 1 YEAR already. I wanted to share my recent experience with this company and, in particular, my experience with Rose. She helped me download and set up a program on my computer and took the time to explain everything clearly. She answered all my questions, made the process easy to understand, and never rushed me. I really appreciated her knowledge and also found Rose to be a nice helpful person. She has always been able to assist me with my needs in a professional manner with much understanding and patience. Highly recommended!
Me and my husband are not going to renew our lease next year. Very bad service, they never answer and when I call them and leave a vm they never call me back, very hard to reach them.They rip us off from past months from 4/26-03/26 that we have to pay the water/sewer bills that they need to mail us but the water company or AIM realty never did so we have to owe that to them which is so wrong. How are we supposed to know how much the water/sewer bill is every month if they don't do their part. Do not recommend to anyone
Incompetence and lack of accountability, so sad. They have a new system but it’s a disaster as they’re not able to keep up. Horrible. They need a makeover big time and better leadership with critical thinking and common sense. And no need to apologize for the experience AIM realty… just do the right thing and do your job right. Actions speak louder than cheap words.
I've honestly been trying to get the same two issues looked at for months. However, this company has proven multiple times why it is the worst realtor company I've personally had the displeasure of dealing with when it comes to renting. Getting in contact with anyone at the office is majority unsuccessful especially for repairs or concerns. Using the new system to schedule repairs is ridiculous because the request will get canceled and no one can inform me as to why.
