D.R. Horton quality! Shitty houses and shitty service. Purchased 2/2024. My A/c was improperly installed and they still haven’t fixed it. I’ve had to spend almost $1000 getting window units to keep my house cool. They do not take responsibility for their shortcomings and never keep their word about fixing things. They conveniently cancelled doing anymore 11 month warranty checks and always find a way to blame the owners. This neighborhood is living up to its reputation by DR. Horton. I purchased a home in this neighborhood in 2-2024. My A/c unit was improperly installed amongst a list of other things and THEY STILL HAVENT FIXED IT! I have bacterial growth “aka MOLD” growing on my return now because they still have not fixed it properly.
