DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Our experience has absolutely dreadful. In short, they cut corners and do not manage their contractors, resulting in shoddy work and multiple follow-up trips to your house to repair or replace items. They say their policy is to "make it right", but when does "making it right" involve more than just fixing their errors, which they do a poor job of doing anyways?
