I had my first eye exam here and I really liked the doctor - he is a great guy and I think the service I received from him was excellent! However, I was extremely unimpressed with the front office staff and the assistant who gave my my pre-exam tests. The assistant’s service was extremely slow, and in the end the quote I was given was wrong and the second person had to correct her. Second eye exam at Bonsett-veal. Service is professional, courteous, and on-time. The optometrist has a really quirky personality and makes what could be a boring eye exam sort of fun.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bonsett-veal for about 40 years. He is always through, very professional, and has helped me prevent more severe problems by identifying issues early. He is also very personable, he is a very human oriented clinician.. he never forgets that he is not just examining eyes, but those eyes are part of an overall person. He is an excellent clinician. Without question the best eye care I have ever received. The environment is supportive, friendly, and comfortable, and all the staff are professional but personable. Also a varied glasses choice. I was so impressed with how they use all the latest technology in eye care. I was always given options, and my particular needs were met with respect and in such a way that I felt seen, helped, and relaxed.
