Chris showed up on time. He was professional and pleasant. He did his job well. I would recommend him to anyone. He cleaned up after himself wouldn’t even know he’d been there. He explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable. You have an excellent employee who knows how to work!
Andy really came through for us at Bonsall. We purchased a hot tub that I thought had red light therapy and they got it delivered and set up come to find out it that I actually did not purchase a tub with the red light. When I told Andy and his team that this was not the tub me and my family wanted without hesitation, Andy said not a problem and got us the tub we wanted. My Finnish sauna works great tucked away in the basement by Sean and Jake who were awesome in every way. The sound system is blissful while the lighting transports me to old Helsinki while sweat trickles down leg. As they say in Finland “hurry slowly.”
My wife and I visited Andy at Bonsall pool and spa and could not have been happier with his professionalism, knowledge, and patience as we picked the right hot-tub for us. We went to another hot-tub dealer to do our due diligence and felt the complete opposite. We drove straight back to Bonsall and bought our first tub, we have had it now 6 months and we love it.
