We’ve purchased 2 different hot tubs from Bonsall. Andy is wonderful to work with.
Bonsall Pool has been really helpful with the operation of our pool for the last couple of years. They are proactive with the seasonal opening and closing process. The weekly visits that we have help keep our pool on track throughout pool season. If we do have problems (which happens when you own a pool), Bonsall is helpful and responsive. My 2007 Hot Springs Grandee, yes I said 2007, had flashing Power and Ready lights. Chris came out and did an Excellent job. He explained what was wrong (Circulation pump wasn't working) replaced it and within 30-45 mins, the hot tub was back in action. Big thanks to Chris for his Excellent work! If you have a Hot Springs hot tub a few years old that wasn't purchased from one of the Spa Sales companies in Lincoln, they are basically the only place in Lincoln that will service them.
