Bonsall Pool has been really helpful with the operation of our pool for the last couple of years. They are proactive with the seasonal opening and closing process. The weekly visits that we have help keep our pool on track throughout pool season. If we do have problems (which happens when you own a pool), Bonsall is helpful and responsive. My 2007 Hot Springs Grandee, yes I said 2007, had flashing Power and Ready lights. Chris came out and did an Excellent job. He explained what was wrong (Circulation pump wasn't working) replaced it and within 30-45 mins, the hot tub was back in action. Big thanks to Chris for his Excellent work! If you have a Hot Springs hot tub a few years old that wasn't purchased from one of the Spa Sales companies in Lincoln, they are basically the only place in Lincoln that will service them.
Love our Jacuzzi Hot Tub that we purchased in December 2024. The Infrared and Hydro-massage therapy features are awesome!! The installation went smoothly. Matt has provided excellent service from the beginning, continues to follow-up and has answered our questions along the way. Thank you Matt and the Bonsall Team for helping us with the Jacuzzi Hot Tub selection and continued service!
