I have had nothing but good experiences here, the landlord is amazing and is very kind. He helped several people with rent issues that had come up with the pandemic this year. My apartment was amazingly clean when I moved in. There are groundskeepers that come, I believe once a week or once every 2 weeks to clean up the pavement and keep everything looking nice.
