Picked up my olive today. I’ve boarded it there for the past few winters, but due to covid I had to leave it there for a few extra months. Michael and his team continued to fertilize it and care for it, Michael even added additional wiring to make sure it was secure in its pot while it was there. I’ve never seen it look so healthy and vibrant, it is massive and looks absolutely beautiful. Hands down best team ever. Thank you Michael and your team. Bonsai west rocks.
Love this place and all the beautiful bonsais. We’ve been going here for a few years now. Beautiful older trees and starter trees. Lots of lovely pots. I’ve got some absolutely gorgeous handmade pots. The grounds are just nice to stroll around.
I'm visiting MA from Indiana. Located bonsai west and wow! Super friendly staff and loads of beautiful trees! This place has super high quality trees to smaller more affordable pre bonsai trees. Big selection of trees! I would recommend anyone interested in bonsai go out of your way to visit this place given the chance.

Beautiful bonsai, professional equipment and very nice people
They are so friendly and helpful! I have been thinking about trying bonsai for a while and while on a roadtrip I saw the store and popped in 10 min before closing. I left pretty long after closing with 2 baby trees, stuff to get started with and lots of helpful advice. I went from this is going to be way to hard to I think I can do this. Can't wait to take a class.
They had many examples of bonsai. The folks were very friendly, sounds like they have many classes for those interested. I went because I was interested in bonsai in place (in ground instead of pots). looking forward to going back in Spring to to the plants outside
