Don't Go!!! This place is horrible. I don't even know ware to start. First I should have gotten the hint when I walked in and another couple walked out in an argument with the manager about how horrible it was and the manager was asking the individuals not to ever come back. We ordered Baby back ribs when we received them they had cartilage attached to the end of the ribs that attaches the Spare ribs to the Baby back. Very Impressed – I am a BBQ lover from TX and have sampled some of the best and most famous BBQ joints in the nation including: Salt Lick in Austin, TX Stubb's in Lubbock, TX the original Sonny Bryant's in Dallas, TX Fiorella's in Kansas City Rudy's (seemingly everywhere) Full Moon in Hoover, AL ...and many, many, many more. Best BBQ ANYWHERE!!! – I found Bono's by accident while looking for some other restaurant in Denver. We decided BBQ sounded good and went on in. IT WAS GOOD! I live 60 miles away- in Colorado Springs- and have been back to Bono's over the last two years at least once every other month. The meat is smoked completely through- as it should be- over a pit. i think this is the yuckiest "bbq" i've ever eaten. if you don't put sauce on the meats, there is no flavor. and huh, i can't get a bun? only toast? the only bonus is that they're never busy.
Best Southern BBQ – Hands down - the best place ever! Moist, smoked meats, friendly service, real sweet tea!!!! Bono's is the oldest BBQ restaurant in Jacksonville, FL and the best ever. They opened here more than a year ago, and it has been a great treat!!
