Very Impressed – I am a BBQ lover from TX and have sampled some of the best and most famous BBQ joints in the nation including: Salt Lick in Austin, TX Stubb's in Lubbock, TX the original Sonny Bryant's in Dallas, TX Fiorella's in Kansas City Rudy's (seemingly everywhere) Full Moon in Hoover, AL ...and many, many, many more. Ribs to die for... – Mmmm mmmm mmm. I went to this place and tried the ribs and was just blown away! You need to try it. Can't wait to go back!
The Best! – The best BBQ in the U.S! It doesn't matter what you order, you'll love it. When I lived out west, my first stop upon landing in Jacksonville was Lou Bono's. I now live 75 miles away in Georgia, but a detour to southside is always in order if we're in Jax. Go hungry!

Honda of Jax is full of lies and dishonesty!! They did nothing but lie to me today, and two of my friends. didn't know squat about the bike in question and lied about its condition and price. After I left salesman blew up my phone with offers, including an arm wrestling contest for 79 bucks i wouldn't pay. Told me the bike was on consignment and they don't do consignments. told me on the phone he owned the bike and then tells me honda of jax owns it but if he told me that, he says nobody would come, so he lied for a week to ... read more
Won't be recommending this dealership to friends or family! Prices are much higher than other dealerships in town not only for sales, but service as well. Parts department staff don't know their products. Staff consists of a bunch of young boys hoping for hot chicks to walk in - was not thrilled with the side conversations I heard as I walked around the store. Overall, not impressed and won't be recommending this dealership to friends or family!
Best BBQ ANYWHERE!!! – I found Bono's by accident while looking for some other restaurant in Denver. We decided BBQ sounded good and went on in. IT WAS GOOD! I live 60 miles away- in Colorado Springs- and have been back to Bono's over the last two years at least once every other month. The meat is smoked completely through- as it should be- over a pit. best ribs ever & iced tea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I went there to see my cousin that works for Bonos.....i went by what he told me about the the food.....and it was fantastic....the iced tea was great....the ribs were outstanding. it is a nice atmosphere, nice employees. i would go back again. the mandarin store is the BOMB.....you need to go there.....ask for the specials for the day or night.
i think this is the yuckiest "bbq" i've ever eaten. if you don't put sauce on the meats, there is no flavor. and huh, i can't get a bun? only toast? the only bonus is that they're never busy.
