If you have a cavity problem you go to a general dentist. If you have crooked teeth, you go to an orthodontist. If you have a gum or bone problem, come to a periodontist. We know now that bone and gum disease is linked to pre-term, low birth weight babies, heart disease, heart attack, strokes, diabetes, and now there are indications it might be linked to Alzheimer’s. As a bone and gum expert, I am uniquely qualified to in the placement of dental implants. "It happens to be something I love to do."

Always a good experience at Dr. Bonomo’s office from the Dr. To his assistants and dental hygienist.
great service
Very enjoyable every time
I highly recommend Dr. Bonomo. On 2 separate occasions I have had a tooth extraction followed by an implant. His professionalism and customer care is unsurpassed. He explains everything that is being done. The office staff is also excellent. Scheduling is easy and wait times are minimal. The new location in West Chester is wonderful. Wish Dr. Bonomo did all dental procedures.
Dr. Bonomo is friendly and takes time to explain in understandable terms. He sets his patients at ease and shows genuine care.
I was very nervous about the surgery, they explained the procedure and cost and the day of the surgery I had Triazolam to make me calm. Surgery was easy and painless due to that and the experience was excellent.
Poor experience. They missed a portion of the work that needed to be done in the initial consult, and after having me pay up front (never again will I do that), told me that the price would now be doubled to do the work required. This was after the numbing agent had already been applied. The billing office was no help either. I will not return to this office and will make sure my dentist knows that their referral was a poor one.
There was poor communication among staff in the office.I left several messages that were never returned.During my appt, it was clear Dr. Bonomo had not researched my case and was not confident he could perform the work (he repeatedly said, "I guess" "we'll try" and "hopefully this will work").After cutting open my mouth, he determined that the parts his office ordered would not work.He sent me away to find another provider but still charged me for the parts his office had erroneously ordered.
Terrible experience. They charged me $175 after a "consultation" and never said it would cost anything until I received a bill 2 weeks later. Ridiculous way to do business. No way I will go back. If you want to charge for a consutation, then you should tell your fees up front. I asked when I got there and they said, "No, we'll just bill your insurance". When insurance can't cover a consultation visit, you're doing something wrong.
