Despite some great product, poor customer service and a compassion-less staff.
You can have the best product in the world, but none of that matters if your customer service is terrible. Not only did you provide awful (and heartless) customer service, but then you deleted the negative review; instead of making it right, and offering even just an apology! Here's the icing on your doughnut...word of mouth can't be deleted, and spreads like wildfire.
Poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.
i usually stop in for the great rye bread, but those pastries are SOooo hard to resist! BTW, why is it so hard to find good rye bread in Cincinnati?
I'm from out of town. You denied a simple request by my aunt to put icing on your last two cake donuts for her husband battling cancer. Why? Why no icing?
