If they can’t handle a simple residential new construction - imagine how they’d drop the ball on anything more complex that requires deeper civil engineering, They delayed our project by 9 months due to their lack of experience knowledge and professionalism. Have worked with the Park Ridge office many times. Very professional and prompt. The office has referred work to my office as well.
I echo the comments shown all over the internet. This company blackmailed me by charging me for work that they completed a year ago. Simply wanting additional money. They are crooks and I would stay far away from them. The 5 star reviews are from employees wanting to keep their job, not real customers.
